Good afternoon,

As mutch as I know Inanna is the babylonian goddess of venus, Nébo or nabu is the god of mercury.

So since the thoat is venus, we vibrate innanna in the throat chakra, nebo in the heart chakra.

Same principle will probably apply to any god tied to a planet although some like hindu gods are used for more than one (frawley) depending the aspects they represents.
