Nausea

Hey guys while doing the Ritual's I experienced nausea towards the end while I'm directing the energy,any tips to relieve this? Is it an over load of energy maybe?

A lot of things can cause nausea. Kundalini activation, fire energy, etc. can cause nausea. You can go into a trance and ask yourself what the cause of the nausea is. If the cause is excess energy, you can call upon your Guardian Demon or Satan to take the energy.
