Hello there, I wanna ask if there exist a way to heal from myopia naturally or by meditating or ritual, I have heavy myopia and I don't like wearing glasses, recently my eyes have been dry and puffy for no reason but I wonder if it is a feeling because I have my glasses on ( I wore lenses for years ) but stopped because I have heard you can become blind by the lack of ogygen. is there a way to cure myopia or dry eyes and or a better vision?
