So, over the past few nights, I've been constantly working on astral projection before I go to bed. Each time I've had more success than the previous attempt, until something... unusual happened last night.
I was meditating without the use of bin-aural beats, as it helps me focus a bit easier. In my mind, I could see a bright light, and I could feel myself slowly ascending up, and away from my physical body.
Before when this happened, my heart would race at an uncontrollable level, and I would panic and jolt awake, but this time, I made sure I kept my cool, and focused on the task at hand.
As this went on, I felt myself going higher, and higher, until suddenly... my foot decided to have a MAJOR cramp, and all was lost. A 4th Dimension experience full of mystery and adventure, foiled by a foot cramp.

) haha that honestly sucks though.. You were on the edge of the fourth dimension!! That's so awesome I had a similar experience like that but I was in a ”altered state of mind” (cannabis) which I'm not proud of cause I can't get to the same mind state sober lol anyways!!
