Must read books?

are there any books any of you would recommend for every Zevism to read, especially someone as new to it as myself? i love reading and would love some book suggestions.

It highly depends on what you want to achieve, on the jos main site there are references to books that might be of interest to you, also the jos library is filled with good stuff to read.

Personally i like books like ''The book of 5 rings'' and ''Meditations from Marcus Aurelius'' quite interesting and very helpful. Also books like ''Mythos'', ''Tao Te Ching'' and ''the art of war'' are fun reads in my opinion.

I agree with you, to this I will add books by Séneca, Aristotle, Plato....

On the other hand Stoic books will serve you very well, this will serve you for ethics and compare them with JoS ethics and you will see the similarity.

To understand the human body and mind I recommend Dr Thomar R Verny and Dr Joe Dispenza, maybe you want books of basic chemistry to understand more in depth about this.

ive been spending a big portion of my days reading JoS, it has really been opening my eyes.

The metaphysics of Aristotle is very good, the Nicomachean Ethics also .... Invicto by Marco Vazques will help you with mentality and willpower....

The meditations of Marcus Aurelius are very good.

I would recommend you to read the "Corpus Hermeticum" today and to read it again in a few years.
