Hello brothers and sister's just had a few quick questions about the Munka working...... 1: Do i absolutely have to vibrate it 108 times? or can i vibrate it lets say 40 or maybe 26 times? i ask because i meditate for about 4 hours everyday and i would have to cut something out to keep up with time and other things i have to get done. 2: Do i have to say the affirmation 108 times or can i just say it 9 or 13 times?. 3: What would be the best affirmation lets say if you wanted to free yourself of all past karmic influences and also all none Satanic things something along the lines of ''my soul is now totally and completely free of all past karmic influences and all influences that are not of Satan, in Satan my soul is totally and completely free'' would that work?. hey thanks everyone for any replies and advice you have for me

I mean, it's not like the Munka meditation can take the place of your other meditations etc... Um, how to explain this... x__x If it's because you don't have much free time then you could remove one of your other meditations but choose wisely which one it'll be. For example, if you do the RAUM meditation (it takes some time for me), you could replace it with just breathing into your chakras (and vibrating Laum, Vaum etc for a number of times); this will significantly reduce the time you'll need to spend on this meditation. In general, try to always meditate on both your chakras and aura.
