Munka Please Help

Greetings 

     Am writing nearly after three years. Wanted to start MUNKA freeing the soul cant find anything on website.Can anyone tell me when to start it (like a psrticular hour and day for example day of venus hour of mercury or can it be done any day any hour as long as the moon is waning.
