minor chakra doubt

Hello everybody! I had a question about the minor chakras for astral vision. I feel them quite strongly for a long time now, but have not still seen any astral as yet. yes i have also been working on pineal gland and crown chakra, but i wanted to know is there any way to exercise the minor chakras, you know to get them working
