Mercury Rx interfering with Isa?

I plan on doing Isa vibration when Mars enters Scorpio. However, I noticed that by that time Mercury will have been retrograde.

I wonder, because although Mercury is about logic, communication, here it is about the success of the working.

So, can Mercury have some influence, or little to none?
