Sometimes you do have to "force" yourself, by that I mean you have to meditate even if you don't really feel like it at the time. Some days this takes a good amount of will power, especially when you are new. If you are, new I mean, start slowly. The more you meditate, the more you will feel like meditating. Eventually you'll feel like you're wasting your time if you don't meditate. Also, practice Yoga (Hatha and Kundalini) on a daily basis.Start this too, slowly, if you are knew. It's about striking a balance in your life between meditation, study, exercise (this includes Yoga), work and recreation ( Some meditations can be quite recreational, I might add)
Do your best, but know that yes, sometimes you need to just push yourself, "suck it up" so to speak.Hope this helps,
