I had the same problem. Without sacrifise there cant be reward. Try out affirmations, u dnt have 2 be in a trance, trance only makes them more affective. And trance trains the mind. Design affirmations to help u do the excersises whenever the opertunity presents itself. I would say do breathing exercises (very importand), i do mine anytime anywhere. Even do them when i walk. Raises witchpower fast and its also a type of void meditaition coz u have to concentrate more when doing them while u walk, i walk long distances, im still a lil poor, lol. Then i just direct that energy into the chakra im working on that day or wichever one is more active at that hour. U can get the chart on the jos website 2. I do this when im having a bussy day. I never know when i going to have the time to meditate and sumtimes im just to tired. Just be patient. Do chakra and aura breathing.
Get urself an ipod and chill to the music, close ur eyes and drift away meditating. This will also make u more relaxed. And relaxation comes with experience as well as trance. Sometimes i can be in a trance within a minute. Dnt be so hard on urself, listen to music. That works for me.
Clean ur aura while u shower, visualise the water washing u clean. Do ur breathing exercises when ever ur sitting down for a moment. And chakra breathing while u eat. And two importand things are intention and attention when visualising.
I do chi kung coz i also practise internal wing chun kung fu. That helps me to train myself with directing and handling witchpower. Its importand to be able to sense and direct it. i like listing to hardstyle, i spin my chakras to the beat of the music, i get high while doin meditations and listning to hard rave or any other psycedelic music.
Anyway, hope my perspective will help u out a lil. but we humans are well knwn for our abilities to adapt lol. Hail Satan.

Does anyone else have trouble creating and then sticking to a schedule for meditations? I have been a follower of father Satan for probably 5 years now and I am still having trouble meditating properly and consistantly if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I could try to blame thevfact that I'm in the military taking up most of my time but that would just be a cop out. I know I have issues with doing the things I need to do, I think what I'm really asking for is
advice on focusing myself on my goals and making myself do what needs to be done. If this isn't appropriate to ask here then I appoligize, I can't exactly ask my family or anyone else I know, none of them are accepting that I'm satanist.
