Meditation Question (Aura)

Just a quick question, sorry for asking constant questions lol.
When you're imagining your aura, do you just imagine a body shape and the aura and stuff, do you imagine yourself and then the aura around you, or do you imagine the position you're in right now and do the aura? I'm very confused with that. Thanks to whoever replies.
 
Meditation is extremely flexible. For example, some people prefer to see or visualize energy while others prefer to feel energy. You can use any method of imagining your aura that works for you.
