Meditating on two things at once

Can I mediate on two things at once? Can I meditate on a sigil while cleansing my chakras and putting my focus on things that I cannot see with my physical eyes while looking at a sigil? Would I be considered looking at the sigil or meditating on it?

I personally think it's more effective to focus on one thing at a time, so you don't disperse/thin out your energies and make the meditation/working weaker.Hail Satan!
