You can draw in energy in general to give yourself energy like by stating "I am breathing powerful white gold energy from the sun..." and add on whatever affirmation for your goal. But basically any power meditation is going to give you energy so make sure you have a good meditation schedule.

Yes, you can absorb energy from the Sun into your 3rd chakra and then direct it into yourself, other chakras, or in the Aura - at least this is what I do!
