Since you have a vata constitution, you are prone to yin deficiency, which includes losing weight easily. Vata does not have a lot of yang energy, since it lacks fire, so it can also result in feeling weak as well.

The breathing difficulty comes from your body having a hard time calming down without sufficient yin, as well as the heart feeling weird. While this is not a healthy position to be in, I bet it would be expected if someone saw your astrology chart. So no, you aren't dying, but you do need to take steps to combat this.

We talked a lot about various physical and spiritual methods, and those still apply. Retaining a good diet and sleep will be crucial, as well as doing hatha yoga and fire breathing for their yin and yang benefits, respectively.

However, the main problem is that you have too much air, which makes it hard for the body to retain yin. This is due to your astrological placements, such as a weak Saturn or air on your Sun or Mars, for example. A weak sun cannot supply enough yang, nor can a weak Saturn supply enough yin to the body.

Although we talked about acupressure and other physical things, there is a stronger solution that you can try. I have found certain mudras to be very good at altering the general composition of the body. Mudras seem to work broadly, whereas acupressure works on specific nadis.

What you should try is a mudra called "Vata nashaka mudra" which reduces the elements of air and ether in the body. From holding it, you should feel that your body begins to calm down and feel heavier, plus you may feel a little more energized. This is because as the Vata goes down, it is replaced by Pitta and Kapha, making you more balanced.

In my experience, if you do too much of a mudra, it can definitely push you in the opposite direction. You want to be balanced, not entirely devoid of air. It may also take a few days to feel better, as the body begins to heal, now in balance. Also, you may have to use the mudra on and off until you can get a permanent spiritual solution.

Go based on the symptoms you are experiencing, which for most people correlate to their natal constitution. Some symptoms may be secondary symptoms, which may prove confusing. For example, yin deficiency can lead to yang deficiency, but the problem here is not too much Kapha, but rather too little, which eventually destroyed the yang as well.

You should at least begin to feel calm and more active, then additional symptoms will start to resolve later on. Don't expect 100% instant healing. Try it perhaps for 10 or 15 minutes then judge the effects after a few hours or so. Remember, more is not always better.

Hmm should I do sowilo+wunjo +uruz or sowilo alone or uruz alone?

I pulled out :

The Chariot in upright position for past, for present it was the strength card in reverse, for future it was the devil card in upright position.

For improving your health? I wouldn't use Wunjo for that.

I would do Sowilo and Uruz, then program it to increase your physical health, in the best way for you. Uruz is more earth-like, whereas Sowilo is fire and also empowers Uruz when combined together.

Do the Sun in Aries Square, although you could probably just do that for a general Sun empowerment, not for health.

oh my this feels really good for me, cool!!

though I am wondering if its ok since I have to kind of force my one hand into the position which stretches my fingers? no pain though.

also if you don't mind could you direct me to some ways to empower my Saturn positively, or does working on the base chakra affect Saturn? Though I dunno if my Saturn is "weak" per se but its definitely the main issue for the palsy I mentioned before.
