I'm wondering if there is any easy way to find a local coven as I'm unaware of any local satanists

I would highly recommend you to form / join a coven ONLY when you know the people personally for a long time!
Don't talk nor meet with any stranger from the internet, not even if you were in contact for years.


I think the reasons are obvious..
