Liquid falling in spine

Sorry guys that I'm repeating this topic again but i want to know the truth for myself . I have a feeling of liquid falling in my spine from my brain all the way down to the solar chakra i also have this feeling in the other two main nadis of the soul the ida and the pingala i want to know what is this should I go to a doctor do i need medical help?
