[tappouzumaki]

I really want to do some of the rituals of destruction of 40 days.
Unfortunately, I am lazy
for example
I started to make a cabalistic table of Saturn
I chose that because it is the shortest (I know my laziness)
Well, it lasts nine days. On the fifth day I forgot to recite it .... and it broke all the work

some moments I am full of energy, others I am tired of everything.
are the hormonal crisis of adolescence that make me so incostant?

I had the same problem too. I am working on it at the moment. What I found really helps is writing out a schedule out for yourself and sticking to it. Be realistic, and build on it after you get the hang of it. A planner can be your best friend. You can also go on Microsoft Word and type out your schedule, what you should do each hour. I have done this and have stuck it on my stand alone closet door, where I see it everyday.
Good luck. Discipline takes work but it's worth it in the end. You become more productive and feel better about yourself.

First of all, we all have hormonal crisis, no matter the ages, that does not excuse you.

Secondly, I am a rather forgetful person, so I always put announcements to my cellphone when it is time to do a Working (or a Square), I will have it to alarm me ten-fifteen minutes earlier. Simple as that.

Thirdly, you shouldn't forget that by doing Destruction Rituals/Workings you, not only help Satan and our Gods, but you help THE ENTIRE HUMANITY!! Maybe you haven't yet realized how important that is...? Sorry if I'm being rather abrupt but it irritates me to read a post about a person being lazy, therefore not doing meditations or Workings... You either look at things seriously or you don't.

Exercise seems to get you in a going mood.    Things do not just fall in your lap. They have to be strived for. So you have to be an active person to strive for things.    Well work on exercise. Am shocked that some can afford to be lazy and comfortable with it. If thats your atitude Zevism will not work for you. You have just fed your mind that you are lazy. We are on a battlefield and idle soldiers are mostly casualties. Remain idle and you will be a casualty. The problem is some people do not understand that Zevism is about realism and common sense. With all due respect siguarddraconis, that wasn't very helpful. If you knew about the psychology of laziness and procrastination you'd understand it's not something people have complete control over.

Also it's not as if you don't know anything about elemental imbalances or subconscious conditioning is it? So why is he deserving of contempt? For all you know this person could have a harsh Neptune aspect or lack the Earth element making self discipline difficult.

I'm pretty sure you know enough about energies and the mind to give him some real help. So why didn't you? He clearly has the desire to overcome his vice of laziness otherwise he wouldn't of posted that message.

To overcome laziness, before you go to sleep each night when you are feeling tired simply use and affirmation, "I am well organized and self disciplined and fulfill all my tasks and obligations". Affirm it at least 40 times and fall asleep whilst repeating it to yourself.
Do this every night until you recognize a change in your behavior and to the extent which you feel is necessary.

When you become more skilled in meditation you can also add energies, most notably Black or the Earth element to this affirmation if you feel it's necessary by then.

And finally, no you are not deserving of scorn or contempt! NEVER CONDEMN YOURSELF FOR ANYTHING!! Satanism is not about judging yourself for your weaknesses or being at the mercy of anyone's opinion or judgement of you. Love yourself unconditionally.

yea i understand you XD.. but i still do my meditations no matter how lazy i feel. i think bout the feeling of AFTER i finish my meditations , i feel proud after i surpass my laziness.. always try looking to the future of what wud happen if you finish the work. aaaaaand you can empower your solar plexus ( 3rd ) chakra , use Sowillo on it. the rune is on the JoS . this meditation is perfect for getting rid of laziness as it increases the will-to-take-action aka motivation. I'd be careful with this "Love yourself unconditionally."
Why?
Because it can lead to complacency. My opinion is that if someone wants to advance, to better him/herself, there must be something that given person doesn't like about him/herself. Something that needs to be changed. Unconditional love prevents that and excludes such motivation.
Besides, "unconditional love" has more to do with New Age bs than anything else.
The way I see it, for the perepetual betterment there always has to be something we're not content with. Hence love, yes, but not unconditional - I can't "love" my defects and shortcomings (and love implies acceptance). I need to have a desire to "fix", change those - and it can't be done if they're loved. You don't want to change what You love.
So - love Yourself - but "don't love Your disease".

And if you knew a fact about human psyche, you'd have known such a thing called negative feedback.

Internal rebellion - people tell someone he or she is nothing, and a person against all odds reaches the top.

Such posts about laziness make me sick, because they do nothing to motivate others - they actually do the opposite. If someone is being lazy, let him or her wait and do something about it on his or her own, rather than telling about this to others. What will it do?

Just making a quick point here with an example from my  own life. As you say Draconis, negative feedback helps. This may be true in some cases. Here's where my experience differs.
My mother during my upbringing: "you're stupid you're fat you're lazy you're just like your father you'll never amount to anything nobody could ever love you"
Me towards the end of my years as a minor: "she's right I don't matter nobody cares about me it would be better if she had listened to my father and aborted me better yet I'll try to kill myself."
As you can see, negative feedback is not always the best choice. I do  understand frustration as I myself am on fire for Father. I do all my meditations, yoga, etc. like I should and I have seen so much positive change in my life in the two short months I've been dedicated that I sometimes find it difficult to understand why someone would give in to procrastination.
However, at times a gentle approach might be most useful as we don't know each other besides in these groups and there are some people out there who if met with negative feedback on a Satanic online group will go crying back to the Nazarene and that's counter productive as we're trying to get people away from that evil lie.
Now of course there are those that will come asking for help and always seem to find some new excuse to not do what is necessary. These are the ones I personally would, when pushed to impatience, use negative feedback to get them off their butt or off the group one.
I will give you this, this is not an easy path. There are obstacles, there are dangers, there is hard work, there is pain. But I tell you this, IT IS WORTH IT! And if you have come to this path with a thirsty mind and an honest heart then YOU ARE WORTH IT! Think about it.

Something that helped me do my meditation program is, getting a notebook and writing every meditation and workings i need to do every day and then when i am finished i check mark it off the list. The notebook helped me get more organized and not forget. Also i was lacking of the earth element. Most of the time i did not want to do them but i had to push my self and as the time passed and did them all, it got into a habit of doing the meditations every day.

It clearly says on the JoS website at a number of places and in posts by HP Pythia and the book in the files section, Initiation into Hermetics, that the way to overcome vices such as laziness, is with affirmations (also known as autosuggestion) or for the more skilled correcting the elemental balance. Which is why I put that in my post.

I haven't seen anything on the JoS or from any High Priest/ess in these groups or any spiritual source that the way to overcome personal weaknesses is to be condemned and criticized and feel bad about yourself.

And I am speaking for myself and sticking to the information at hand which is why I didn't pass judgement on somebody who's circumstances are unknown to us, but you did.
