How would someone know if the kundalini is started to rise,is there any
symptoms for knowing that your kundalini energy is activated ...i have been feeling large pressure on my spinal cord..i have been doing regular meditation from 6 months for 3 hours each day ..

I would direct you to HP Vovim Baghie's website, and more specifically the Kundalini processes and experiances he went through with it. Not only is it a good read, but will help to answer this question.



Lastly, I strongly believe that, if it is rising, you will know, without doubt. Not to mention Satan will be there with you helping it along.
