Kundalini serpent

How would someone know if the kundalini is started to rise,is there any
symptoms for knowing that your kundalini energy is activated ...i have been feeling large pressure on my spinal cord..i have been doing regular meditation from 6 months for 3 hours each day ..

Check the JoS sermons. There is a sermon about that in the 2010 sermons. Also a simple search of the internet for "kundalini symptoms" would yield similar results. Of course some of the information on the internet is false but it'd be good to start discerning that for yourself.
