kunda question

im kinda having a hard time understanding what exactly the kundalini is.....i know that its a separate being, its own entity but what exactly is it and why does it do what it does? how does it compare with our higher-selves? who/what is it to me and how will it help with my spiritual growth? do the Gods have a kundalini(still?)


can some one reply and explain it completely. ive read on the site about it but still dont quite understand. thx
