I know the awareness mediation are on the site but before they was i discovered doing advance void mediation definitely helps to concentrate and learning to control thoughts i found the focusing on taste is fun i like to put hard candy in my mouth and let it melt and i smoke cigarettes so what I do is a take turns sipping on coffee then puffing on my cigarette wich helps me to perk up and concentrate in the morning I love to focus on specific sounds
 
I'm glad that you are enjoying the Awareness Meditations. These will really help you become more astrally aware. I suggest, however, cutting back on the cigarettes and the caffeine; moderation is key to keeping good health and high natural energy levels.
