I think it could help, given how Jupiter here can bring optimism or luck to family affairs, however a relationship with a specific individual, in my opinion, is more like a Libra matter. Therefore, it might be better to wait until the Moon goes into Libra, then use energies similar to Venus, or runes like Gebo, Ehwaz, and Wunjo.
