Yes but it would be a tad bit tricky. It all depends on what you have to go by. For example, a satanist had an incident where someone stole something from them but the satanists didnt know who. What she did was directed the negative energy to who ever did it by focusing on the person with her object or seeing a person(s) with the object etc. Its alittke tricky but not impossible. You have to manipulate the energy in a certain way.

Hmm suppose i have this guy online abusing me and i just have his username,his name which could be true,never seen his face,that's all i have. So i should make something up like ,evoking negative energy,condense it into ball/sphere and then i start focusing on him,just his name should be on my mind and then i visualize his body by focusing on his name then i send it into his solar plexus and spinning it sideways and program it too then. Well,would that work?

I did the same to someone online as i've described just now by focusin on him,his name,and a body. I also used rune thurisaz and programmed it with negative affirmations. But on the next day he got so mad and so courageous,i was like wtf . I know i did working correctly. :S
what did i do wrong. I didnt just visulize rune only. But all other possible and required things i did for the negative working.
