Is this normal?

Whenever I pour in the 3% peroxide into my ear and let my head rest on the other side to let the peroxide go deeper into my ear, it fills my cannal and I immediately feel like some splashed on my eye, even know it didn't.

It feels really weird and my pupil becomes bigger.

Is this normal??

It happened even when I used it for the first time while having the infection.

I only used it today because my ears wouldn't stop producing a lot of nasty kind of ear wax.
