Is there bad "Meditation"

My question is , is there any "bad" meditation ?
Is meditation where we just sitting and do nothing but our minds chattering are good for something or bad , not worth?

Or we have to focus , chakra work , void or trance programming , AOP ,etc.. I mean Work on Ourself,Focus..

I don't think so. Not even mainstream meditation is like that. And it's totally useless for the purpose of Spiritual Satanism.

In Spiritual Satanism we don't do just passive meditation without a purpose or "just to relax" and "feel good". Daily meditation is needed to empower your soul. That's why we call this type of meditation "power meditation", which is different than normal mainstream meditation. It does feel good and helps you relax too, but it helps you with more than just that.

That's exactly what you do in Zevism, yes. Satanic Power Peditation is always active and about focus, visualization, empowering your chakras, aura e.t.c.

Yes. and Thank you for your answer . I get it , it is like a life purpose.

Bcause i feel bad when morning have some (not purposeful) "meditation" , after i have doubtly life feeling .
But KY hit different afternoon
I like how Spiritual Satanism are so aktive and purposeful.
