Can we completely remove Saturn karma from our Birth charts?

You can but that's not advisable. If you remove beneficial Saturn karma, you'll basically fuck your life up. No consistency, no structure, no organisation, no staying power, no understanding of hierarchy and separation. If you remove these, you'll never achieve anything in life. You'll become ignorant and decay.

As for removing harmful Saturn karma, HPS Lydia has made a post a long time ago. It's called something like "Obliterate your Saturn". Look it up.

Saturn can rule things that can be problematic , but it's not the villain in all cases. Sometimes, it can be other planets that are problematic. Check your chart. Saturn does give things you would want, depending on what it rules in your chart.
