I’m getting the spleen vigor soon but I wanted to know if I should take Just one a Day or 1 before meals. Because 6 pills 2-3x a day seems a bit much to me. What would you suggest HPS?

The pills are just little dinky things, if you look at the picture on the website. 6 of them mashed together would be the same volume of 1 normal supplement capsule that you may be thinking about.

6 pills, 2-3x a day is the normal dose, but you can start with less if you want.

I will follow the instructions on the bottle I just thought that was too much and want to avoid any side effects but I should be fine. Thanks again tho satanic brother

Try changing your diet to a lower carb one, get more fish and supplement with vitamins (magnesium, zinc and b vitamins in particular) and turmeric.

I also personally recommend a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted with filtered water. Or a heaped tea spoon of baking soda with water, after meals.
