Inflammations (health problem, no heat)

I have inflammations from my hands up to my shoulder and neck. How can I heal this? Do I just have to use GEBO with affirmations?

Idk if this has any relation but I still have a front extension chakra blockade and feel this in my front heart extension, it became better but it's still there.

Can you give more detail as to the nature of the inflammation? When it occurred, how severe it is and how you have had it. Have you been to a doctor?
