I practice sleep deprivation often, it is excellent for balancing the Concious and the Sub-concious but don't over do it, it has nasty recoils. Once in a while is ok, but sleep is very important.

Agreed. Not sleeping can have some interesting effects on the mind. I haven't gone without for a while now though, I had gotten into a nice healthy sleep schedule. Sleep deprivation used to be a very regular part of my routine, but now I like getting my 40 winks.

Last night I just got hit with a sudden deadline and had to get some work I was doing done. So, I brewed the coffee and put my nose to the grind. The 10 am forum check when I had finished is what produced the reply.
