i have been a satanist since October and i feel bad cause i don;t know how to meditate and i feel like im letting father down do any of you know any meditation tips .

what do you mean meditatiin tips? eerythin is on the website. i use to be like that. you must be very relaxed before you meditatte. try braething exercises and or right aftr orgasm. take evrything step at a time and follow the directions on the meditation section. do a ritual to father asking fo initiative and to help you get started.

Although I am a beginner myself, I can tell you that the main thing is to meditate every day no matter how much progress you are making. Every single meditation counts. If for instance you meditate and you've felt nothing at all after the session, don't get discouraged and give up like I did many times. Just keep meditating and eventually you will get somewhere, some master meditations quicker than others, so don't let other people put you off. And try not to skip days, the more you meditate, the more it becomes a habit, which is the best habit in the world to have in y opinion Hope I helped in some way. Dark Blessings Brother! HPS Pythia gives great tips, in my opinion. They don't work for you? Have you even tried the Hell's Army spiritual training program? It has step-by-step instructions, starting with the easiest meditations. If you've tried them, and still can't feel the effects, I'm at a loss.

You let Father down, just after few months !!! what a faith !I think often to Him and how He must sad about that !How is it possible to be lost ? with the meditations ? read and practice, it is not complicated, really.You can't meditate ? Breath ! Do yoga, hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, the ten breath, you have everything in JOS !It is vanity to think that after few months, all the Gods will be here for you !You must show to them you are able to work hard and not LET DOWN FATHER "5 minutes after your commitment".I don't understand that, at all.Sorry, I don't want to be rude, but when we really love, we fight, we don't let down.Hail Satan !

maybe u got the wrong idea concerning meditation,tell us what it mean to u?   or u might be a hyper like a fren of mine,so detail?if u r hyper u must learn to avoid any source of sugar n start with very simple basics like breath awareness n breathing exercises.   i myself focus on fond memories n try to re act them in my mind when im in the airy days when my mind is so jumpy i cant meditate.try doing right brain activies 83 hope i helped.
