Except for downloading the Rituals and the joS website, I think it'd be a good idea to print-screen (or save somehow) sites like lunarium.co.uk (in regards to when the moon is void) or http://www.planetwatcher.com/ (in regards to when Mercury is retrograde) and so on, so we can know, even without Internet. This knowledge is very important.
 
There are the EPHERMERIDES and probably Astrology softwares you can buy or download for free.

I'm not sure, are the void of courses the same each year? Doesn't the planet rotate at a different angle, or there is gonna be some small difference? I'm just wondering
