I meditated/ prayed to my first god

I meditated / prayed to BELPHAGOR for general wealth and another one that was related to some health issues and when I got done I got up my whole left hand was tingling .

I could feel my hand it didn't hurt at all I think I just held it still for too long. Is this a way for the gods to answer?
