i did the ritual many years ago but sadly they found out and forced me to go to church i been faking it is another ritual nessacary? also any hints on medation i have add my mind races and its hard to focus =(

<td val[/IMG]another ritual is not needed.  Just use your mind to create a mind temple as you drift off to sleep each night.  They won't even know as you just look like you are sleeping.  Also join a gym or take a martial arts class and focus on making yourself stronger and chilling out.  Camping, hiking, and time in wilderness areas will help your positive mental focus.  read and study the JoS site and it's links.  You will be fine.  Meditate on the Bes Collective (bodyguards) and ask them for help. They are great soldiers in Hell's Army and they handle buisness...
