Hungry for knowledge

After reading through HP Zevios Metathronos's sermons it really came to my attention that I'm not using my left brain enough. I didn't go to college after high school, so afterwards I kind of stopped learning things until discovering JOS. While I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to the spiritual side of things, I feel like I'm lacking in things like science, math, chemistry, etc. Point being I know the school system is fucked and I was just wondering if anybody knew of any good books/websites/videos that could help someone looking to expand their knowledge of the world/universe on a post high school level?

I am soooort of the same way. xDWell, I did finish high school but I doubt I actually learned anything from it...
Anyway, INTERNET is our solution. xDThere are a billion documentaries you can watch (about a variety of subjects; I really love the ones that have to do with the planets and space ) and of course you could download .pdf books and read them as well. You can even google search something like "how to be more smart" (I've done it haha xD) there are many suggestions and many ways you can expand your knowledge. It's a lot of fun. Also, watch a documentary about Leonardo DaVinci! That guy was a genius, you'll really feel amazed by his accomplishments.

Thank you for the advice! Sometimes I look at other peoples posts here and throughout the forums and I just feel dumb compared to how seemingly smart everybody is. I know it is most likely the enemy making me feel that way, but YES Documentaries are my favorites. I guess I just get overwhelmed because there are so many things I want to learn but I can't learn them all at once, and I don't know where to start. It doesn't help that most of the people in Ohio that I'm surrounded by in my age group just party/sit around all day so it can get lonesome at times.

Yeah, some lonesome times will have to occur in all of our advancements I believe.
And hey, about your desire for education, I suggest you to make a list of priorities for what you want to learn. Let's say, you want to learn many things about science, biology, mathematics and philosophy (random topics ). Choose which one you'd like to learn the most. A priority. Then move towards that. Buy or read books online, see documentaries etc. Go even to some forum conversation to see people having contradicting opinions etc. One step at a time. And (personally) I wouldn't try to learn a certain subject perfectly because in life, we're currently learning new things. Science will develop new methods to achieve something, technology as well etc. Some others are perfectionists though... So it depends on you. xD Στις 3:26 μ.μ. Khan Academy is a good online site for learning math, and computer programming. I haven't yet tried their science classes, yet.
