Humming Breath meditation?

If you pay attention to your body, you can usually feel when it's alright to stop. You will DEFINITELY feel it when you've done too much.

We all differ, so it's hard for me to say a number.

Also once you started, do them everyday. Don't start with a high repetition at day 1 though.

Remember, don't injure yourself!
