how to destroy thoughtforms?

The reason I ask is because I accentually made a thought form when I was younger and is just a nuisance now. I would like anyones thoughts on the problem.

It's amazing how easy they are to create, especially if you don't want the thing! LOL There are two or three things you can do:
1) burn it up with astral fire;
2) get it's attention (call it to you) and draw off its energy/lifeforce;
3) do not feed it (this is slower because it will just peter out from not being sustained)
There may be other ways, but I've found the first two work best and are virtually "instant".
