how should i visualise charkas

should my charkas always look like pyramids and also where should they face when people say up and down like up towards your head and down to your feet or up facing out of you and down facing behind you thanks people

Your MIDDLE main chakras all point directly to your heart chakra, your minor chakras point inwards to the main chakra and then flow up/down to the heart chakra, minor chakras don't point directly to your heart chakra, all chakras flow to your heart chakra like an equal armed cross.

For example, your hand chakras don't go directly to your heart chakra, they go up to your shoulders first then from there into your throat chakra then down to your heart chakra.



Yes always pyramids, I believe so.
