How do I predict events?

I know the basics. I have to see the planets aspecting my natal planets. But I don't know more than this.
I know neither how to interpret them nor where to see these planets.
I didn't see on Azazel's Astrology how to predict this unless it's the same as in the section of Planets in Signs, Houses and Aspects .

The moons planetary energy in itself is sufficient enough for me, as I've predicted many events accurately. That being said I'm not 100% sure if it was the energy from the constellation of leo.

You should know progressions, solar returns, transits etc... to predict this kind of stuff. Maybe for starters try progressions since they're easy to understand.
