The big guy understands that sometimes you have to do stuff you don't want to… but chill!… the guy's seen worse!… and he knows how you truly feel! That's all that matters!… also before goind into the church it's self close down all… and I MEAN all of your chakras! This will aid with protection and avoidance! Also begin amping up whatever meditation you do for defence! Such as vibrating ALGIZ… if possible! Don't do it if there's even a chance they can hear you!… stick to visualising it instead!… but really amp up the breaths! And clean your chakras vigorously!… also if you have your own room it doesn't hurt to start binding the walls, floor and ceiling with black! This will aid with preventing your thoughts drawing attention outside! And from them finding you when there skimming over the area! And most of all! BE SAFE! ?

I have a little experience with this. I go to maintain my relationship with family for ulterior reasons. It's playing the game. Maintain your Aura of Protection and be there physically and not there mentally. If your feel like that still isn't happening. Visualize Satan's sigil and just focus on that. I even practice my breathing meditations while sitting there. Satan knows your heart and while it would be easier to not attend, if you have to, be vigilant.
