What can I do to increase psychic openness? I don't know anything but of breathing power into the little chakras and the mantra to İnana . :shock:

How long have you excactly trained with those methods?

If it is under six to twelve months, keep at it.

Also generally speaking clean and empowered chakras help with psychic hearing and seeing.

Thanks everyone for the answers! . The last thing I want to ask is, today I started working on the astral senses, got emotional and nauseous. Is this a good sign?

Yes, and in the grand picture of things you have not done much so that being said you should take your time to get the foundation set up before you hurry up with more advanced things. Not that always aiming higher is wrong. In time you will open your psychic senses.
