What is actually the higher self? How can I contact him? This in itself would be the soul, the "higher consciousness?"

Your higher self is most likely probably already aware of you wanting to consciously communicate and will when the time is right.

Yes, this is our 'super-conciousness'. That which is activated through empowering ourselves. As you open up spiritually, and free yourself from enemy programing, you will slowly 'step' into your higher self.
