Hey a little help needed

I got sent to another hospital(mental) and now that I'm out I want to do the 40 day meditation program,is there any tips you can give me ,I started it before,but Everytime I started I got sent away and had to restart,but this time is different because I'm on a crisis plan and wont be going back till another 3-4 months
 
There is actually no such tip to start meditating. Just sit down whenever you can and start meditating by saying, "I'm going to meditate!" and do it regularly without thinking. After a while it will become a habit, and when you get into it, it will be more enjoyable.

I recommend that you do meditations every day, in some cases spending no more than 5-10 minutes, if you manage, you need to increase the time and amount. The most important thing is to meditate every day and not overdo it.
