Help with daily ritual.

Can someone help me with my Thurisaz and Hagalaz pronunciations?  I'm almost their, and am studying and have looked at the pronunciations page but want to be sure I have it. I need to incorporate these into the daily ritual as soon as possible.  I'm feeling some pressure to do this right away.  Thank You.
