Help Wanted: Trancemaking

I have been having trouble falling into trance. Some outside interference or errant thought prevents me from sinking into the trance. This is stopping me from creating my Astral Temple, Communicating with Father Satan, Communicating with Demon/Demonesses, and working Witchcraft. Because of this, I have decided to turn to my brothers and sisters for help. So, my request is thus: Do any of you have any tips for making sinking into trance easier? I will appreciate any and all suggestions. Grazie Mille!

Have you achieved total relaxation of the body before trying to trance? You should do a body relaxation scan where you start to relax every single part of your body from the feet to the scalp of the head. At the end of this you should feel extremely heavy to the point that moving will feel as if you've slept but you're actually totally conscious. This is the first step, have you achieved this? It's basically like yoga nidra.

I personally find it easier to keep out distractions during night if that helps at all
