Hi Guys , i have a new ability , i can feel the energy , and i can control it in my whole body , i try to direct the energy but i can't , i try sometimes to move things with the energy , but i feel the energy stuck inside my hands , my hands star shaking even i don't use my muscls , and i feel like my hand will explode , please , i need a way to control the energy , i imagine and i feel the energy out my body , but even that i feel the energy stuck inside my body , sometimes i heal my self , scars , anything ,so fast , but i can't heal someone else , can you help me please
