Help on invoking the elements.

Greetings Brothers n Sisters,

Just a quick question on invoking elements. do i have to do it only one 7 breaths or continuously 4 days like opening the chakras?

I've been invoking air, water and earth of late. Generally speaking I start off at 7 and increased it by one a day. Presently at 60 for air and water. 21 for earth.
