Greetings!
I am new to meditations, I am on the ninth day of the 40 day meditation programme. When I did the Chakra Clearing meditation, when I got to my crown chakra, it felt like the energy was going up, like my soul was ascending.
When I went into the Void Meditation I wanted to close my eyes but I could still see around me, my eyelids seemed to disappear. I thought it was an illusion and looked around, but I could see normally.
I have never done chakra meditation before, what could be the reason for this?
