hello to all my brothers, I have a question, how many hours a day I can meditate on my chakras? and can perform the complete chakra meditation twice. ie finish the first round and start again, it is favorable to do that?

better off doing tunning through vibration 7 times each word of power for each chakra then AUM into your aura 7 times, thats better than full chakra med , atleast for me
