Hey, well I don't know any runes or proper affirmation, but I know for a fact that doing yoga in general has helped me gain two inches. Or so. HAIL FATHER SATAN!!

Yoga does not make one grow taller. Either you were still young and growing anyway, or you had bad posture before and the yoga now makes you stand taller.

Try to refuse the fact/ stop accepting that you have short height. Instead of this, start imagining yourself getting taller all the time. While walking,wandering outside,etc. While you are with your taller friends or among taller people then imagine yourself taller than them instead of being sad seeing yourself shorter than them. Use power hyponis.

then in a deep trance state imagine yourself tall,broad body etc,etc. Do some affirmations,like " i am getting taller or my height is increasing by two/four inches in a safe and healthy way. WARNING: When I did this, I felt like a teenager mentally. Which isn't something I'm rather fond of.

Ya know how teenagers don't think things through? Like that. All wildness, not enough "structure". The hormones.
Feels like not enough positive Saturnian/Mercurial energy.
I suspect that I would be able to handle this better if I continued with the meditations I'm presently doing, but at the time my cautious nature preferred to do other things.
